Terms:

 

ID and contact details will need to be provided on hiring.

 

The deposit must be paid in cash or cheque before costume is taken.

 

Hire period is for 3 days (unless otherwise arranged) being the collection day, event day and return day. If return day falls on a Bank Holiday then items must be returned the next working day.

 

If an item is lost or returned in an irreparable state e.g. badly damaged or stained then the customer will be charged the cost of replacing the costume or accessory.

 

If an item is not returned on the date specified then the customer will be charged £2.00 per day for every day exceeding the hire period. Please remember that the costume could be booked out for another child so it important that costumes are returned on time.

 

The cost of reserving a costume to be collected at a later date is £5.00 which will then be deducted from the hire fee. This is non refundable if the customer fails to collect the costume.

 

Failure to return a costume altogether means that the deposit will be kept.

 

Any safety instructions on garments must be followed.
